We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by issues that occurred during the delivery of the June Monthly Report.
▶ Issue 1 (Duplicate Notifications): Some customers received the same push notification multiple times.
▶ Issue 2 (Incorrect Water Usage Figures): The average daily water usage shown in the June Monthly Report was higher than the actual usage.
▶ Current Status: The duplicate notification issue has been resolved. We are currently investigating the cause of the incorrect water usage figures and working to correct the data. We will provide an additional update as soon as the investigation and correction process are complete.
Please disregard the duplicate notifications and the water usage figures currently displayed in the June Monthly Report.
